Complaints Procedure (The 1988 Education Act)
The school has a procedure for dealing with any complaints. Any complaints which you may have should be addressed to the Class Teacher or head teacher in the first instance. The overwhelming majority of complaints are dealt with at this stage. If the issue remains unresolved, then parents may make a more formal complaint by writing to the Chair of Governors. A copy of our complaints procedure is available from the School Office upon request or from our website.
