Achievement Assembly

In today's Achievement Assembly our Year 6 pupils received a special mention for the way they conducted themselves during their SATs week.

For some pupils, SATs can be a somewhat daunting experience and one that is sometimes considered stressful for children as young as 10 or 11. However, the boys and girls in year 6 demonstrated the kind of attitude we try to foster in all of our pupils and performed brilliantly throughout the week, giving their very best.

A special mention was given to Conor, who despite being too poorly to attend school with his peers this week, arrived each day to complete the tests in isolation because he had worked so hard and was determined to prove this in his end of Key Stage tests.

A well done to the other boys and girls too, who were recognised by the school staff for their effort and hard work throughout the week too.
