Derbyshire School Games 2019

This multi-sports event see's up to 1,500 young people and the top teams across a range of sports from each borough of Derbyshire, competing to earn the title of County Champions.

The event focuses on being a fun and inspirational day, providing everyone with the opportunity to experience a multi-sports competition with an opening ceremony and medal presentations. Above all it is a celebration of participation, underpinning the core values of sport in our county which aims to keep sport and physical activity at the heart of the school curriculum and provide more young people with the opportunity to participate and achieve their personal best.

We thought we'd share this video with yourselves, which showcases the event and features some of our winning County Cycling team.
